Summarizing our time together, we will decide on appropriate, most impactful next steps: literature recommendations, affirmations, journaling, etc. These sessions are tailored to you as we ease into things and identify your self-healing needs.
Now you can enjoy Rebirthing Breathwork and Transformational Life Coaching from the comfort of your home! Zoom sessions follow the same format as in-person sessions: we'll begin with 45 mins. of Life Coaching then move to Conscious Energy Breathing, and finally the closing portion of the session.
Recommendations: a quiet, comfortable space (bedroom), uninterrupted time, comfortable clothing, water, fully charged laptop or phone, & a good WIFI connection.
COUPLES SESSIONS (in-person and Zoom) are available after 2 individual sessions have been completed by each partner. Topics include: compassionate communication, reigniting the spark, healthy boundaries, and intimacy issues.
