Have you ever thought of yourself as unworthy, unlovable, guilty, unwanted, alone, or separate? Our personal narrative that includes our “personal lie” forms early on in our childhood and is the underlying cause of dysfunction in our adult life. It’s the deepest weed in the garden of our minds.
Over time, we subconsciously sabotage ourselves to prove that lie to be true and we cannot be whole, happy, lovable, or loving until we pull that weed at its very root.
Breathwork helps identify your “personal lie” and overturn its damaging effects. It teaches you to love yourself, through all the painful wounds and scars, just the way you are.
Our lives are 100% a mirror of our thoughts.
90% of our mind is subconscious. We store our memories, habits, imagination, self-identity, personal and cultural beliefs, but also fear, shame, guilt, trauma, and violence. Breathwork allows us to go to the thoughts beneath our thoughts to facilitate self-healing.
At any given time about 90% of things in our lives are going okay and 10% are not - but our focus is on the 10%. Here, you'll learn the tools to focus on the 90% and cope with the 10% in a healthy way.
An average person has between 12-60k thoughts per day. Of those thousands of thoughts 85% are negative and 95% are the same repetitive thoughts as the day before.
70% of our energy comes from breathing, yet we only use 20-30% of our respiratory capacity at any given time; our exposure to internal and external stresses leads to shallow anxious breathing.
Do you wake up feeling like you’re a hamster on a wheel? Do you feel like you’re doing nothing, going nowhere, and living some life you weren’t meant for? I can totally relate! I spent most of my life going through the motions, not really enjoying my life. I also used to hide in the shadows feeling unworthy to stand out and shine. Thankfully, Breathwork gave me the tools to shatter my victim mentality and reclaim my power. Now, I help my clients unearth what's holding them back, because I know firsthand the freedom it brings.
I was trained at The Nashville Breathwork Center under the watchful eye of Juliana Ericson, Rebirthing Breathworker, mentor, artist, and author of "The Other F Word." I draw inspiration from authors and spiritual leaders like Louise Hay, Michael Singer, Don Miguel Ruiz, Gary Zukav, Eckhart Tolle, Juliana Ericson, Sondra Ray, Dr. Joe Dispenza, and Melodie Beattie to best serve you.
Rebirthing Breathwork means change and renewal. We can clear up our own negativity, enjoy all our emotions, let go of attachments, integrate our past beliefs, and break through to the most creative, productive, and powerful areas of our lives. It’s time to stop running from everything that’s uncomfortable and reclaim your power. You deserve to enjoy your life. So, are you ready?
The practitioner (that's me!) holds space and provides emotional support for the client (that's you!) as they work on identifying and eliminating self-limiting beliefs which leads to increased enthusiasm for life, self-love, happiness, and fulfillment.
Rebirthing Breathwork is about self-acceptance, the release of guilt and shame, and being at peace with yourself. I truly believe happiness is self-made and showing my clients the way, is what makes my job so worth it. The industry is non-existent here in Ohio and I'm excited to be able to introduce it.
